Precision Actuators

Our Actuators include

  • Pneumatic Actuators - A Pneumatic Actuator is a device that uses compressed air to produce linear or rotary motion to operate valves or control mechanisms. The main types include single-acting actuators (spring-return actuators, which use a spring for return motion) and double-acting actuators, which use air pressure for both opening and closing. Pneumatic actuators are widely used in industries such as chemical, oil & gas, water treatment, and power plants for fast, reliable, and safe automation of valves and process control systems.

  • Electric Actuators - A Electric Actuator is a device that uses an electric motor to generate rotary or linear motion for operating valves and control devices. The main types include on/off actuators (for simple open/close operation) and modulating actuators (for precise, continuous flow control). Electric actuators are widely used in industries such as chemical, HVAC, power generation, and water treatment for automated process control, remote operation, and integration with PLC/DCS systems.

  • Hydraulic Actuators - A Hydraulic Actuator is a device that uses pressurized hydraulic fluid to produce linear or rotary motion for operating valves or mechanical systems. The main types include single-acting cylinders (fluid moves the piston in one direction, spring returns it) and double-acting cylinders (fluid controls motion in both directions). Hydraulic actuators are widely used in industries such as oil & gas, power, and heavy manufacturing for high-force applications, large valves, and processes requiring precise and robust control.

  • Manual Actuators - A Manual Actuator is a device that operates valves or control elements manually using a lever, handwheel, or gear without external power. The main types include lever-operated actuators, handwheel-operated actuators, and gear-operated actuators for larger valves. Manual actuators are widely used in industries such as water treatment, chemical, and oil & gas for emergency operation, isolation valves, or where automated control is not required.
