Pressure Measuring Instruments

Accurate Pressure Monitoring System

Our pressure measuring instruments include

  • Pressure Gauge - Pressure gauges are instruments used to measure and display the pressure of gases or liquids relative to atmospheric or absolute reference conditions. The main types include Bourdon Tube gauges (for medium to high pressure), Diaphragm gauges (for low pressure or corrosive media), and Differential Pressure gauges (for measuring pressure differences). In industrial applications, they are widely used for monitoring and control in pipelines, boilers, compressors, and hydraulic systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.

  • Pressure Transmitter - A pressure transmitter is an instrument that converts pressure into a standardized electrical signal (typically 4-20 mA or digital) for monitoring and control in automated systems. The main types include gauge pressure transmitters (measure relative to atmosphere), absolute pressure transmitters (measure against vacuum), and Differential Pressure transmitters (measure the difference between two pressure points). These devices are widely used in industries such as oil and gas, chemical processing, and power generation for applications like flow, level, and pressure control.

  • Differential Pressure Transmitter - A differential pressure transmitter is an instrument that measures the difference between two pressure points and converts it into a standardized electrical signal for process control and monitoring. The main types include orifice-based DP transmitters (for flow measurement), capillary or remote-sealed DP transmitters (for high-temperature or corrosive fluids), and flanged or inline DP transmitters (for direct pipeline installation). They are widely used in industries such as oil and gas, chemical, power, and water treatment for applications like flow measurement, level measurement in pressurized vessels, and filter monitoring.

  • Pressure Switch - A pressure switch is an instrument that detects when a fluid or gas pressure reaches a preset value and activates an electrical contact to control alarms, pumps, or safety systems. The main types include mechanical pressure switches (using diaphragms, pistons, or bellows), electronic or solid-state pressure switches (using sensors for precise switching), and differential pressure switches (activating on pressure differences between two points). These switches are widely used in industrial applications such as hydraulic and pneumatic systems, compressors, boilers, and process control systems to ensure equipment protection, operational safety, and automated process control.
